From all Team Jenner 55; a huge thank to all those who kindly supported our Pilgrims Way 55km Challenge in aid of Pilgrims Hospices.
We set-off from Wye at 7:45am on Saturday morning in the glorious sunshine arriving some 12 hours later within the grounds of Dover Castle!!! The walk was incredibly beautiful through some spectacular Kent countryside and we were very well looked after by Hospice volunteers throughout the day, but 55km (34miles) is a long way and certainly tough on the legs and feet (as many of us are still feeling today!!)
Your donations certainly helped get us through; knowing we can help such a worthy local charity to continue the amazing work they do across East Kent!!!
