any volunteers?

This year marks the second Annual Channel Tri centered around the Folkestone Harbour arms, it's being held on the 8th of September.

Last year Nigel Griffiths, Stuart Hards and Tony Poole all took part in the tri and had a fantastic time.

If taking part in the tri isn't your style then this year they are calling for some volunteer marshals for the day.
