Christmas shoe box appeal

As the festive season is almost upon us its time to think of those less fortunate than us who really need our support to keep warm and nourished at this time of year, so we have decided that this year we would like to support Donations with a Difference and the Folkestone homeless Christmas box appeal.

All we need from you is to help us fill the shoe boxes, below you will find the items they advise you to include and what you cannot include. We will be filling the boxes over the next week or two so I do understand it may not leave you with much time to buy things for the shoe boxes, therefore I am happy for you to give cash as we will be going to B & M who have kindly given us 10% discount for the charity to purchase goodies to fill these with.

Torch (preferable cranked i.e. no battery required)

Scarf or snood

Gloves

Hat

Hand warmers

Thermal insoles

Socks

Shower gel

Roll on deodorant

Sanitary Products

Tissues

Baby wipes

Hand towel

Tooth brush

Toothpaste

Flask/cup

Food & Drink items i.e. cans of food (with ring pull), sweets, chocolate, biscuits, crisps, UHT milk, tea, coffee

We have 150 boxes to fill so please be generous and spread the word to anyone who may not receive emails!

Its times like Christmas its lovely to pull together as a company and make someone else’s Christmas that little bit more special.

Again please make sure everything you wish to donate is brought in to the office by Monday 10th December.
