Following a further confirmed case of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) experienced within Century House at the end of last week it is imperative we remain incredibly vigilant at this time and take all possible further steps to minimise onward spread of infection, in order to keep you and your loved ones safe and well.

To offer some reassurance, our now routine preventative fogging measures were carried out on Friday evening which will have completely sanitised the entire office making it a safe place for all those present this week. All those who may have been in direct contact with the confirmed case have been contacted via ‘Track and Trace’ and have immediately commenced their required period of self-isolation.

Going forwards, for the remaining working days left this year and on your return in the New Year it has been agreed by the Directors and COVID-19 Taskforce to implement the following additional measures in order to minimise onward risk. Please do take a moment to read through these and ensure you adhere to this guidance which has been carefully considered and put in place for your safety and wellbeing.

· Site staff are respectfully requested to avoid accessing the office and to only do so if this is deemed absolutely necessary. If you do need to enter the building please restrict your movements and ideally remain in Reception, and those you are visiting should come to you.

· No external visitors are permitted to access Century House at this time unless deemed business critical, and if so they should remain on the ground floor.

· In accordance with the above measures, all upper floors and administration areas are now restricted only to those permanently based within the office.

· As previously directed, please conduct all external meetings wherever possible via online methods such Teams or Zoom. If it is essential that you hold a meeting in person then please ensure you limit numbers present, remain socially distanced 2 metres apart and ventilate the room as much as possible. If refreshments are served please clear all items away afterwards yourself and place them directly in the dishwasher to limit any unnecessary exposure to Katie or anyone else.

It is envisaged that these restrictions will remain in place for the foreseeable future and until the time when we are downgraded from current Tier 3 restrictions, at which point these will be reviewed once again and onward guidance communicated to you all.

Please do continue to follow all previous company COVID-19 guidelines as issued to you, remembering to keep your distance from those around you and wash your hands regularly and thoroughly. Additional cleaning measures will remain in place with additional cleaning now focused on the ground floor as the designated area for any contact with non-office based staff.

If wearing a face covering in and around the office offers you further comfort and peace of mind then you are most welcome to do so but this is not compulsory at this time and not deemed necessary if we adopt the above measures.

I do hope the above is fairly self-explanatory but if you do have any further questions or concerns then please do not hesitate to contact myself, Emily Barnes or one of the Directors who remain on hand to fully support you at this time.

Thank you as always for your continued co-operation and patience.

Stay safe and well.
