As a polite reminder to you all, access to Century House is strictly forbidden for all non-office based staff at this time. This includes all site-based staff as well as those from Joinery, Glazing and all operatives from the Customer Care team.
This ruling forms part of our further enhanced COVID-19 safety procedures to ensure everyone’s wellbeing as best we can at this time, particularly in light of the new strain of the virus which is highly transmissible and therefore a hugely prevalent risk to us all. It therefore remains imperative that we must all play our part to help overcome the pandemic by abiding by these rules, without exception.
For any non-office based staff who must access the building for business purposes, please ensure you wait in reception or in the ground floor meeting room if it is free, and ask Katie to call whoever you are visiting to meet you in this area. You must not go beyond the ground floor stairwell and please always consider if electronic means of communication can be utilised as an alternative.
Katie has the complete authority and full support from the Directors to police this ruling and refuse entry to anyone who does not normally work in the main office. As such your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this is respectfully requested and very much appreciated.
As a reminder to those of you who are working from the main office, please ensure you sanitise your hands upon arrival and regularly throughout the day and record your temperature, again without exception. Please also bear in mind that, given your presence in the building and therefore close proximity to your colleagues, regular symptom-free testing is strongly recommended as another measure we can implement to further prevent any potential spread of infection and help keep us all safe. Please send evidence of any testing directly to Emily Barnes.
On behalf of all the Directors, a sincere thank you is again expressed for your ongoing support, patience and resilience in light of the ever-changing guidelines.
Stay safe and well.
