Good evening to you all.

To offer further clarity following my correspondence issued earlier today, the new ruling relating to the compulsory wearing of face coverings refers directly to when you are based in and around the office, whether this is Century House or your site office accommodation.

If you are working outside on site our current guidance remains applicable, stating that face coverings are not mandatory in this instance as the risk to your safety is greatly reduced in the open air. It would however be highly advisable that if you do need to undertake a task where you may find yourself in close and prolonged proximity to others, and therefore unable to comply with social distancing guidelines that a face covering is worn on those occasions for your added protection.

Our latest ‘Safe Working Guidelines’ are attached for your ongoing reference.

If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact me.

Kind regards

Martin Sandall
