Following on from recent correspondence regarding the symptom-free COVID-19 testing that is now readily available to us all, the Directors have requested that we robustly monitor those who do get tested in this manner so that we can keep an accurate statistical record on file.

Another reminder of the link to book a test is: COVID-19 Test Appointments Home (healthit.org.uk)

Testing in this manner is quick and easy and will allow us to intercept any positive cases as soon as possible before they have chance to spread the infection on site or throughout the office, which could prove to be incredibly valuable in our pledge to keep everyone safe and well, so please do take the time to do so, particularly if you are based on site or regularly present in the office.

Office staff - please inform Emily Barnes as soon as possible of the date you are tested and result received.

Site Staff – please keep a log on your site of all personnel tested (name, date, outcome) and report this on a monthly basis to Emily.

Naturally, if you do receive a positive test result then you must immediately follow our company protocol for confirmed cases, as re-attached for your information, which includes reporting this to your Line Manager straightaway. If a negative result is received please look to re-test every 2-3 weeks.

For the foreseeable future, whilst we have no external visitors to the office and things are generally quieter, reception will be unmanned on a Tuesday and Thursday. The phones will be transferred to Aimee in her office on those days so please take responsibility for monitoring and recording your temperature on arrival on these days and sanitise your hands before and after use of any equipment.

Thank you all once again for your ongoing patience and cooperation as we continue to implement all necessary measures to protect you as best we can.
