Jenner’s in partnership with East Kent Hospital NHS Foundation Trust are building an exciting new facility for the care of dementia patients here in Dover.

It is a combination of a new build (Hub) and refurbishment of existing houses into accommodation.

The ‘Hub’ which is a new construction to use for recreational purposes/eating and accommodation , whilst 12 existing houses are being converted into 4/5 bedroom ensuite accommodations.

Work has started in earnest now that the piling rig has arrived on site for the Hub, whilst all trades are busy with the new configurations to the existing units.

This will be one of many that the NHS trust are involved with so it is essential that this site runs efficiently to ensure possible further works.
