New Team Member: David Lofthouse

I am a new Senior Site Manager who will be working on behalf of Leath Park Developments to deliver Stangrove Care Home, an 85 bed, luxury care home in Edenbridge.

Until this project starts in May I will be helping the boys push forward the Lakewood Project in Tunbridge Wells.

I have been a Site Manager since 2001, building in and around London with 3 top tier contractors working alongside blue chip clients, developers as well as Local and Central Government Departments. I have a keen interest in sustainable building and environmentally conscious construction and am also a member of the AECB.

My Wife and I have recently made the move from London to Tunbridge Wells with our 2 cats (who we haven’t forgiven for eating the children)! We have spent several months renovating our new home and we have started building a new and better quality of life away from the city smoke.

In my limited spare time I regularly exercise, play guitar and shoot arrows with Tonbridge Archers where my sights are currently set on the Kent Squad. During the better weather, I ride my motorcycle and take part in as many track days as possible.

I am excited about my new position here at Jenner, it has been an absolute pleasure to meet everybody and I am looking forward to the future with you all.
