Happy Monday to you all 😊– I hope you are all well and staying safe at home.
Some positive news to share with you all. As part of our commitment to do whatever we can to support our local communities during these unsettled times, we have now distributed all surplus PPE to help protect NHS workers and carers on the frontline in the battle against Coronavirus.Â
In total we have donated;
65 FFP3 Masks to William Harvey Hospital via Tony Poole’s cousin who is a nurse there;
180 protective foot coverings to Montfort Manor in Ashford – the 68-bed care home we built for Care UK;
10 FFP3 Masks to Thanet Community Nursing Team via Clinton Dunn’s wife who works in the team
16 overalls, 20 protective glasses and 16 protective goggles to Harrier Lodge Whitstable (known to you all as Ivydene, our first 65 bed care home for Care UK) – thank you Marcus Sorrell for safely delivering these and the stocks to Ashford as well.
An essential stock has been retained for our maintenance team to ensure they are kept safe during an emergency call-out. Â
You can read more about this in Martin’s news article published today on our website: http://www.jenner-group.co.uk/news/in-challenging-times-we-all-have-to-step-up-pull-together-and-play-our-part
Keep safe and have a good week.
Warmest regards
Ella
