St Philip Howard phase 1

Martin Arnold has today handed over the first phase of the Elements in Herne Bay delivered by Jenner's for Hyde Housing. This phase includes 10 flats for shared ownership and 7 houses for private sale and the units have been completed to an exceptional standard. Well done team!!!
