Good afternoon to you all.

Ahead of communications from Martin later this week I wanted to offer a mid-week (almost!) update on progress with our Jenner (Virtual) Road Trip which ties in perfectly with the advice offered in our new email footer below to ‘Stay active and get plenty of fresh air and natural light’.

Keeping active is so intricately linked to good mental health, which can really suffer in challenging, uncertain times such as this and with many of you either adapting to remote working or remaining at home whilst furloughed, so please, please, please do continue to stay as physically active as you can.

Whether walking 👣🐾, running 🏃‍♂️ or cycling 🚲 (we even have scooting miles from Team Hodgson & Co who are clearly aiming for the best family accolade again!), it really doesn’t matter what you do or how far you go but please do continue to send your mileage to me and our latest total will be revealed in Martin’s Friday update. Not giving anything away but we are within touching distance of dry land!!!! Thank you to everyone who is engaging and getting involved in the challenge so far and as with most things in life…it’s never too late to start!

Thank you also to everyone who has so promptly uploaded the new email footer, which offers subtle guidance as part of our commitment to keeping everyone happy and healthy during ‘Mental Health Awareness Week’ and throughout the ongoing pandemic.

Take care, keep safe and STAY ACTIVE!!! 😊

Warmest regards

Ella
