Team Jenner Awards Recognition

Imperial Green (our luxury housing development project at Hythe) continues to catch the judges’ eyes, with yet another award nomination! This time for the Constructing Excellence SECBE Awards in the ‘Building Project of the Year - over £10 million’ category. Ella Brocklebank and Matt Weston have attended a judging day in London and we will find out whether we have won the overall title in June. No pressure guys! Imperial Green was shortlisted for the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards in the ‘Construction Project of the Year’ category last month and although it wasn’t the overall winner on the night, it is still an excellent accolade to be in the final three.

Ben Smith (Site Manager) has been shortlisted for a South East LABC Warranty Site Manager award for his work at The Tannery project in Canterbury. His nomination came directly from the LABC Warranty Surveyor who visited the site and we will find out whether he wins the overall regional award in June. Congratulations to Ben!

Also, in the South East LABC Building Excellence Awards 2018, our project in Aylesford to build 24 apartments for ex forces personnel on behalf of the Royal British Legion Industries, has been shortlisted in 4 different project categories. Again, we will find out in June whether we win the regional titles. The same project has been shortlisted in the residential category for the South East 2018 RICS awards.

These award nominations are great achievements for everyone at team Jenner and for our industry partners who’ve worked with us to deliver the projects. It is fantastic to receive formal recognition for our teams’ efforts and we should all be very proud of the part we play in delivering our projects. Watch this space in June for the results!
